To participate in the workshop, all attendees are required to complete a liability waiver. Please click the button below to download and review the PDF waiver. You may print, sign, and bring the completed waiver with you to the event. For your convenience, the waiver may also be completed and signed in person on the day of the workshop at the event location prior to participation.
